When you submit an application through our form, we collect the following information:

• Social media handle and platform (optional)
• Service interest and experience level
• Your written introduction
• Tribute offering selection
• Your confirmation that you have read and agreed to the Rules of Engagement
• Your confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older
• Date and time of submission

We do not collect payment card details, government identification, or sensitive personal data beyond what is described above. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Review your application and determine suitability
• Respond to your application via the contact details or platform you provide
• Maintain records of accepted arrangements for the duration of that arrangement

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Australia — Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

We operate in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988. Collection is based on your explicit consent provided at the time of submission. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time.

European Union & UK — GDPR / UK GDPR

For individuals located in the EU or UK, the legal basis for processing your personal data is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Your rights under GDPR are set out in Section 6 of this policy.

United States — California (CCPA)

For California residents, we do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what information we hold about you and to request its deletion. See Section 6 for how to exercise these rights.

5. Third-Party Data Processors

We use the following third-party tools to receive and store application data. These parties act as data processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Tally.so

Our application form is hosted and processed by Tally. Submission data is transmitted through Tally's servers. Tally is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with their privacy policy: tally.so/help/privacy-policy

Google LLC (Gmail & Google Sheets)

Submissions are forwarded to a private Gmail inbox and logged in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Miss Selina. Google acts as a data processor under applicable data protection law. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

All Users

• Access — Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction — Request that inaccurate information be corrected
• Deletion — Request that your information be deleted

EU / UK Users (GDPR)

• Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Restriction — Request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances
• Object — Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — At any time, without affecting prior processing

Australian Users

California Users (CCPA)

7. Data Retention

• Declined applications — Deleted within 90 days of the decision
• Accepted arrangements — Retained for the duration of the active arrangement, then deleted within 90 days of its conclusion
• No response / withdrawn — Deleted within 90 days of submission

You may request deletion at any time regardless of status by contacting us directly.

8. Security

Application data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Miss Selina and transmitted via Tally's encrypted infrastructure. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

We strongly recommend you do not include sensitive personal details — such as your full legal name, address, or financial information — in your application introduction. Use an alias where possible.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
